Top Gun’s Letter of Agreement (LOA) with Albuquerque Air Traffic Control (AATC) Has Been Renewed for 2024-25
Top Gun’s LOA with AATC has been renewed for 2024-25. The LOA is an agreement between AATC and Top Gun on behalf of its members that allows for flights within Albuquerque’s Class C airspace without the requirement of an ADS-B transponder and excepts certain communication requirements to enter or operate within the Class C airspace. All Top Gun members who were members in 2022 and 2024 are automatically included under the agreement. New Top Gun Members who have joined in 2024 will receive an email requesting that they sign acknowledging that they have received a link to the agreement and that they have read, understand, and will abide by the provisions of the LOA.
